Why should I register?
Registering entitles you to buy, sell and view due diligence for certain auctions. It also gives you access to My B4A, where you can track auctions and access other personalized features. Registering on Bid4Assets is free, easy and only takes a couple of minutes. Click here to register now.
Are my username and password case sensitive?
Usernames and passwords are not case sensitive. Note: Your username will appear on the site if you are the winning bidder of an auction.
Why should I provide an e-mail address?
Bid4Assets utilizes communication via e-mail to send important information to you including updates on the status of your auctions, notification if you have been outbid on an auction and instructions on completing a transaction when you’re the winning bidder. The ability to receive e-mails regarding your Bid4Assets account is an important aspect to ensuring a positive auction experience. Please make sure we have a current, valid e-mail address on file for you by reviewing your user profile information in My B4A.
What are e-mail Alerts?
The best way to be sure you are notified of upcoming auctions and promotions is to sign up for our weekly e-mail alerts. It is very quick and easy to do.
How do I sign up for the alerts?
If you are a registered user, click on the My Profile link located on the left navigation bar of the My B4A section. After logging in, proceed to the auction alert page and make your selections. If you are not already registered, click here, and you will be prompted to sign up for our e-mail alert as part of the registration process.
Is there a cost to sign up for e-mail alerts?
No. It is free to sign up and receive notification of upcoming auctions, promotions and special events.
I registered, but I’m not able to log into the site?
You must confirm your registration and activate your account before logging in. You should have received an e-mail message containing a link to Bid4Assets. Click on that link to automatically confirm your registration and activate your account.
- If you did not receive an e-mail message in your Inbox, check your Bulk/Spam mail folder. If you do not see the e-mail, confirm that you have white-listed Bid4Assets as an acceptable domain name to send e-mails. To do so, log in to My B4A and click on My Profile. Continue to the last page and follow instructions for white-listing. If you are still not receiving our e-mails, please contact Support Services at service@bid4assets.com.
- If you received the e-mail and the link does not work, simply copy and paste the entire link or URL into the address bar of your browser window and hit go/enter. You will be notified that your user account is now active.
I’ve forgotten my username and/or password. How do I retrieve it?
To retrieve your password, click on the My B4A link from the site header and then Forgot your Login Info? link below the "Login" button. You will be prompted to provide either your e-mail address or user name. Once submitted, your password will be sent automatically. Please contact Support Services at service@bid4assets.com if you have additional questions.
How do I update my personal information once registered?
For security reasons you must contact Support Services atservice@bid4assets.com if you want to change the name on your account. You can update the other information you provided during registration in My B4A through the My Profile link located on the left navigation bar. You will be prompted to login and then will be able to review and change your information . Note: Make sure you re-enter your password and click on the Submit button at the end of the process to ensure your changes are applied.
