If you buy a property from us valued at say $120,000 and you pay $50,000..... YOU HAVE JUST MADE SEVENTY GRAND IN EQUITY!

Winning bidder must contact the seller within 24 Hours after the close of the auction with proper vesting information. We have done our best to describe this property which is sold as is with no warranties expressed or implied.
