This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom lockoff unit loacted in the Terrace Building that sleeps six people.  That means you can literally lock the door in-between your huge unit and turn it into two smaller units.  This will allow you to use one side of the unit yourself, and trade the other unit for another resort/location/timeframe.  Or you can trade one side of your unit, and rent the other side.  You can also use the huge unit yourself, rent it, or trade it.  Owning a lockoff unit is one of the best deals in timesharing because it's like getting two units for the price of one!  You will have lots of flexibility with this timeshare.

This is an every year timeshare ownership for floating weeks #1-52, which means you can reserve ANY one week of the year including the prime holiday and ski weeks based on resort availability.

This is a deeded timeshare ownership that you will own forever.   This deeded timeshare can be passed on to your heirs. You will have first use of your week in the year 2014.

This is a floating week #1-52.  It's a Premier rated resort with Interval International and it's a Gold Crown rated resort with RCI.  It will have excellent trading power due to the fact that it's a floating week at an award winning resort that's located in a very popular tourist destination
 
MAINTENANCE FEES & OTHER FINANCIAL INFORMATION- WHAT YOU'LL PAY IF YOU WIN

Maintenance and tax fees came to a total of $998 for the year 2014.  These fees have already been paid to the resort and will need to be reimbursed to me at the close of this auction.  You will have first use of your week in the year 2014.

Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount,  plus $998 for the pre-paid year 2014 maintenance and tax fees, plus the 10% buyer's premium (please note there is a minimum $100 buyer's premium), plus $425 for closing costs at the close of the auction.   This closing will take approximately 6-8 weeks.

 
CLOSING FEES
Closing costs will total $425 and will include: deed preparation, recording fees, postage fees, resort transfer fee, and resort notification of change of ownership.
