The character of the structure is of a large storage shed with only one window and no indication of any prep work for typical electric or plumbing. When the property was inspected it was unfinished, and in poor condition and is not suitable for habitation. The exterior lacks siding or permanent roofing leading to weathering of the exposed OSB, interior is framed only with insulation partially installed.
