All buyers are deemed to have relied entirely on their own information, judgments and inspections of the assets in making the decision to purchase the asset. Pictures and information in the listing are taken from public records and may not be up to date. Buyer will be furnished with a Quitclaim Deed for the property. It is not a Warranted Deed. Deposit and Settlement Requirements
For the auction winner, there is a $295.00 deed preparation fee as well as a 10% Buyer's Premium with a $250.00 minimum. 

Full Payment must be received by the Seller no later then 5 days (5:00 PM EDT) from the end of the said Auction. If the payment policy is not adhered to, the winning bidder will forfeit their deposit and be banned from future Bid4Assets Sales.
 
A Quitclaim Deed and the payment receipt from Wayne County Assessor's Office will be furnished within 45 days from the clearing of the fund and receiving all required deed transfer information, whichever occurs later.
