MAINTENANCE FEES & OTHER FINANCIAL INFORMATION- WHAT YOU'LL PAY IF YOU WIN

Maintenance and tax fees for the year 2014 came to a total of $935.  These fees have already been paid to the resort and will need to be reimbursed to me at the close of this auction.  You will have first use of your week from December 27, 2014-January 3, 2015.

Therefore, If you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $935 for the pre-paid year 2014 maintenance and tax fees,  plus the 10% buyer's premium (please note there is a minimum $100 buyer's premium), plus $450 for closing costs at the close of the auction.  You will pay for this timeshare to an escrow account.

 
CLOSING FEES
Closing costs will total $450 and will include: deed preparation, recording fees, postage fees, escrow fees, resort transfer fee, and resort notification of change of ownership.  This closing will take approximately six weeks.
