You are bidding on the FULL PURCHASE PRICE. Upon completion of this auction and full payment, the LOT WILL TRANSFER FREE AND CLEAR TO THE BUYER WITHOUT ANY MORTGAGES, LIENS, OR BACK TAXES.

CLOSING PROCESS

Upon winning the auction, BUYER MUST CONTACT SELLER IMMEDIATELY via phone or email and provide:
1. Name to be placed on deed (i.e. how you want to take title).
2. Phone number.
3. Address to send documents.
Closing of this transaction is within 3 days after the auction ends. Full payment must be made via cashier's check, money order,
or wire transfer on or before the 3rd day. Full payment = Bid + 10% (minimum $100) + $500. Seller will prepare the Grant Deed
and send to the County for recordation. You will receive confirmation that the deed has been sent for recording, and the executed
Grant Deed will be returned to you directly from the Recorder.
