This award winning resort (Silver Crown Resort with RCI), is located in Pacific Grove, CA which is only two miles from the world-famous tourist destination of Monterey.  The quaint and upscale town of Carmel is located only 15 minutes away, and the world-famous Pebble Beach Golf Course is also only 15 minutes away.  You can even do a day trip to San Francisco since it's two hours away!

This is a large one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage-style unit that will sleep four people.

This is a floating week #1-52 which mean you can reserve ANY ONE week of the entire year.  Yes, you can even reserve the prime July and August summer weeks!

I have reserved an absolute prime FOURTH OF JULY week for the person who purchases this timeshare!  The exact dates will be June 28-July 5, 2015.  This week can be changed if the new owner wants a different week.

Resort amenities include: laundry facilities, movie rentals and whirlpool spa.

Amenities nearby include: beach, boating, exercise facilities, fishing, golf, horseback riding, lake, medical facilities, scuba diving and tennis.  The world famous Monterey, Carmel, and Pebble Beach Golf Course are located a very short drive from this resort.

EXCHANGE AFFILIATION

This is a floating week #1-52 (one week per year), that trades with both RCI (Silver Crown Resort), and Interval International.  It will have excellent trading power due to the fact that it's an award winning resort that is located in a very popular vacation destination.

This is a deeded timeshare that you will own forever. This deeded timeshare can be passed on to you heirs.

 
MAINTENANCE FEES & OTHER FINANCIAL INFORMATION- WHAT YOU'LL PAY IF YOU WIN
Maintenance fees for the year 2015 came to a total of only $716.  The property taxes are billed separately and will total less than $50 per year.  I have already paid the year 2015 maintenance fee to the resort.  The winning bidder on this timeshare will need to reimburse me $716 for this pre-paid fee.  I will pay the property taxes that are due in the year 2015 for the new owner.  You will have first use of this timeshare in the year 2015.             

Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $716 for the pre-paid year 2015 maintenance fees, plus the 10% Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please note there is a $100 minimum buyer's premium), plus $495 for closing costs.  You will have first use of your week in the year 2015.

 
CLOSING COSTS
Closing costs will total $495 and will include: deed preparation, recording fees, postage fees, resort transfer fee, and resort notification of change of ownership. This closing will take approximately 8-10 weeks.
