| Maintenance fees for the year 2015 came to a total of only $716. The property taxes are billed separately and will total less than $50 per year. I have already paid the year 2015 maintenance fee to the resort. The winning bidder on this timeshare will need to reimburse me $716 for this pre-paid fee. I will pay the property taxes that are due in the year 2015 for the new owner. You will have first use of this timeshare in the year 2015.
Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $716 for the pre-paid year 2015 maintenance fees, plus the 10% Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please note there is a $100 minimum buyer's premium), plus $495 for closing costs.
