This beautiful and award winning resort (Gold Crown rated resort with RCI), is located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This is a fixed week #21, which is an end of May week each year that will frequently fall on MEMORIAL DAY HOLIDAY!  You will have first use of your week in May 2015, so start planning your fabulous Las Vegas vacation or your timeshare exchange.

Resort amenities include:  fitness room with cardio equipment, universal machine, and stretching area, outdoor fireplace and entertainment area, and swimming pool, spa, and water features.

Unit amenities include: air conditioning, entertainment system with DVD and stereo, full kitchen, furnished balconies or patios, gas fireplaces in some units, oval tub, telephone, televisions, washer and dryer, and walk-in shower.

Amenities nearby include:  casino gambling, live entertainment, and all of the wonderful dining and shopping that the Las Vegas area is famous for.

You will have first use of your week in May 2015.  Please note that you can bank your week with RCI or a smaller timeshare exchange company anytime you choose.


 
EXCHANGE AFFILATION

This timeshare trades with RCI and other smaller timeshare exchange companies.  It will have good trading power due to the fact that it's a Gold Crown rated resort that is located in Las Vegas, which is one of the most in-demand travel locations in the world.

You will receive a deed for this timeshare and will own it forever.  This deeded asset can be passed on to your heirs.


 
MAINTENANCE FEES & OTHER FINANCIAL INFORMATION-WHAT YOU'LL PAY IF YOU WIN

Maintenance and tax fees came to a total of only $659 for the year 2015. These fees have already been paid to the resort and will need to be reimbursed to me at the close of this auction. You will have first use of your week in May 2015.

Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $659 for the pre-paid year 2015 maintenance and tax fees, plus $495 for the closing fees (this amount INCLUDES the $250 resort transfer fee), plus the 10% Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please note there is a minimum $100 Bid4Assets buyer's premium).


 
CLOSING COSTS
Closing costs will total only $495 and will include: deed preparation, recording fees, postage fees, resort transfer fee, notary fee, and resort notification of change of ownership. This closing will take approximately eight weeks.
