This upscale and award winning (Gold Crown resort with RCI), timeshare is located less than five minutes from Disney World!   This is an absolutely huge (1,500 square feet), two-bedroom, two-bathroom LOCKOFF UNIT that will sleep eight people.  

This is a fixed week #20 which is a middle of May week each year.  You will have first use of your week in May 2015, so start planning your Disney World vacation or your timeshare exchange.

Lockoff units are one of the best deals in timesharing because it's like getting two units for one price and one maintenance fee! A lockoff unit enables the owner to literally lock the door between the huge two-bedroom unit and turn it into two smaller one-bedroom units.  This will give the owner plenty of flexibility because you can use the huge two-bedroom unit, or you can lockoff your huge unit and exchange one side of the unit and use the other side of the unit. You can also rent this timeshare anytime you choose.

Resort amenities include: children and adult swimming pools, elevator, exercise equipment, games room, handicapped accessible, playground, recreation areas, and whirlpool/hot tub.

Unit amenities include: air conditioner, full kitchen with all appliances and utensils (one portion on the lockoff unit has a partial kitchen), furnished balcony or patio, jacuzzi tub, telephone, television, walk-in shower, and washer/dryer (in some units).

Amenities nearby include: amusement parks, auto rental, bar/cocktail lounges, beach (45 miles away), boating, golf, horseback riding, live entertainment, medical facilities, restaurant, snack bar, spa, tennis, and all of the fabulous shops and restaurants that the Disney World area is famous for.

You will have first use of your week in May 2015.


 
EXHANGE AFFILIATION
This is a fixed week #20.  It trades with RCI and will have good very trading power due the fact that it's a lockoff unit and a Gold Crown rated resort that's located less than five minutes from Disney World! 

You will receive a deed for this timeshare and will own it forever.  This deeded asset can be passed on to your heirs.


 
MAINTEANCE FEES & OTHER FINANCIAL INFORMATION-WHAT YOU'LL PAY IF YOU WIN
Maintenance and tax fees for the year 2015 came to a total of only $768.  These fees have already been pre-paid to the resort and will need to be reimbursed to me at the close of this auction.

Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $768 for the pre-paid year 2015 maintenance and tax fees, plus $495 for the closing fees (this amount INCLUDES the $250 resort transfer fee), plus the 10% Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please note there is a $100 minimum Bid4Assets buyer's premium).  You will have first use of your week in May 2015.


 
CLOSING COSTS
Closing costs will total only $495 and will include: deed preparation, recording fees, postage fees, resort transfer fee, notary fee, escrow account fee, and resort notification of change of ownership.  This closing will take approximately 6-8 weeks.
