Personal check will delay deed recording by about 3 weeks. All major credit cards are accepted via paypal (Winner/buyer will be responsible for all credit card fees charged by PayPal). Payment must be received within 5 days of close of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the seller within 24  hours of auction end with the payment update and information to process the deed.
