97 carat Genuine Sapphire Necklace

Accompanying your necklace is an AIG certificate that lists the estimated retail value at $18,985.

Six hundred sixty-five prong se marquise mixed cut natural blue sapphires, mesuring 4.50 x 2.50 x 1.65mm, approximately total weight of 95.96ct., clarity is heavily included, type II, dark, very slightly graying, violetish blue color, (GIA vB 7/3), cut is good.  Transmitting light with a minimum of distortion, transparent to translucent.  Naturally occurring internal & external characteristics are present, including some partial color zoning.  Measurements & the color grade are average for the group.

Center of the necklace features one prong set oval mixed cut natural blue sapphire, measuring 7.90 x 5.90 x 2.90mm, approximate weigh of 1.41ct., clarity is heavily included, type II, dark, very slightly grayish, violetish blue color (GIA vB 7/3), cut is good.  Transmitting light with a minimum of distortion, transparent to translucent.  Naturally occurring internal & external characteristics are present, including some partial color zoning.

Necklace was electronically tested 925 sterling silver ladies cast & assembled sapphire necklace.  Fifteen inch wearable length collar style necklace features a pendant of concentric sapphire rings supported b semi-flexible sapphire ribbons, terminating in a box clasp with safety.  Bright polish finish.  Identified with marking of "925".  Condition is good.
