All major credit cards are accepted via paypal (Winner/buyer will be responsible for all credit card fees charged by paypal.  If the winner wants to pay via paypal, winner must be a registered account holder of paypal  and winner's paypal account must be verified by paypal). Winner must contact the seller within 24 hours of auction close with full names and address to process the deed and payment update. Full Payment must be received within 5 days of close of the auction, however paypal payment must be received within 3 days of close of the auction.

If US Prime Land/seller/owner takes any actions to collect an unpaid amount from the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for any and all fees associated with the collection in addition to the unpaid amount.  Winner will be reported to bid4assets as a non performing bidder if full payment is not received within 5 days of close of the auction.
