SETTLEMENT REQUIREMENTS
This is a cash sale, you are bidding on the full purchase price. Buyer to pay a buyer's premium of 10% with $100 minimum and closing costs of $500, which includes deed preparation, recording fees, and transfer taxes. Seller will handle the entire deed recording process. Taxes for the years of 2017 forward will be the responsibility of the new owner. Full payment is due within 5 calendar days of the auction's close. Acceptable forms of payment are personal checks, cashier’s checks, bank wire or money orders. Winner must contact seller within 24 hours of the close of the auction.
BUYER PREMIUM INFORMATION
This auction requires that the winning bidder pay a Buyer's Premium of 10.00% of the winning bid amount. (The Buyer's Premium covers the costs associated with the auction).
This amount will be added to the winning bid and will be included in the total purchase price paid by the Buyer to the Seller.
