Winning bidder will get the fallowing: Cabin with attached 2 bedroom 1 bathroom ravel trailer and shed on 120 feet by 60 feet lot, plus you automatically become part owner of over 700 acres of land and 2 lakes where you and the owners only have the rights to it. You can hunt fish, swim or use the boat or perform other activities.

Cabin was build in 1998 and has electric and phone line and water hooked up to it. It has gas heating or you could use electric heaters instead. All you will need to do is reinstate the electric and phone service in your name. Gas has stationary tanks that need to be refilled. As per township records both cabin and trailer have 631 sq/feet (combined). It actually might be little bigger since township has it as one bedroom and it is 2 bedroom in reality.  Trailer is in good condition and is over 30 feet long with 2 bedrooms, bathroom kitchen and living area. Cabin is just like you see in pictures one big open area with dining area on one end and recreation area on the other end. Cabin is attached with the trailer to form one living space. Both will need some TLC. For example roof has a leak and wooden porch by the sliding doors needs to be replaced. I will supply the winning bidder with treated wood for the replacement porch. Yard will need some cleaning from overgrown bushes and grass will need to be cut. One small tree had fallen on the property so you will need to clean that too.

We have two lakes that are fully stocked, a beach with a swimming dock, atv trails, plenty of land for fishing, hunting, hiking. We are surrounded by thousands of acres of state game lands.  Come and own a little piece of paradise where you can enjoy snowmobiling, ATV riding, swimming, fishing, hunting or just relaxing. We have our own maintenance department.  Our facilities include comfort stations, laundry, club house, office, basketball court, volleyball, bocce, playground, swimming pool, wading pool and more.  Row boats and electric motor boats only no power boats allowed on both lakes. All you have to do is buy this cabin to join the club.
