Payment Details

This is a cash sale for the full purchase price of this property.  Buyer agrees to accept this property in its current as-is condition.  Purchaser should do his or her own due diligence prior to bidding.  The buyer is responsible for determining the full market value.  It was bought as-is, where is, no disclosure, no guarantees, no survey, or inspections and we are selling it the same way.  We have limited knowledge about the property's current condition. We have never been to the property.  Any current taxes, code violations, water bills, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer.  There will be a 10% buyers premium with a minimum of $100 for this auction.  A Warranty deed will be issued to the buyer.
