Up for auction is a single-family residence with a covered porch. The lot size is 35' x 110', or 3,850 square feet.

We purchased this property as an occupied foreclosure. Our property manager went by and met with the occupant, who said she has lived in the home for 28 years. She expressed interest in buying back the home on monthly payments, but eventually stopped communicating with our property manager before we could form a contract. We will provide the buyer with the occupant's last known contact information as well as our property manager. Buyer should verify whether property is still occupied BEFORE bidding.

Status of title: Property is sold via quitclaim deed with as-is title. There are NO outstanding mortgages on this property. There are no pre-2013 taxes due. Please check with the city/county to confirm whether there are any code violations or liens for things like weed abatement, open water/utility bills, etc., as any liens would be the buyer's responsibility, as well as confirm outstanding tax balance and due dates (the buyer will need to pay 2013 taxes quickly to avoid tax foreclosure).
