US Prime Land accepts Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Personal Check, Business Check, Wire Transfer, and Money Order. Deed recording is subject to fund clearance. Personal check will delay deed recording by about 3 weeks. All major credit cards are accepted via paypal (Winner/buyer will be responsible for all credit card fees charged by PayPal). Payment must be received within 5 days of close of the auction, however, any paypal payment must be received within 3 days of close of the auction.
