Buyer is responsible for any and all Property Taxes as well as any and all bills that may be existing.

Do your “due diligence” and check with both the city/town and/or county for any outstanding charges that may apply.

Seller has never been inside the house.  The pictures are of the property and to the best of the seller’s knowledge were taken in June 2010.  Buyer should understand they are buying the property in “as is/where is condition.

House may be occupied.

Settlement Requirements

  • This auction requires that the winning bidder pay a Buyer's Premium of 10.00% of the winning bid amount. (The Buyer's Premium covers the costs associated with the auction). This amount will be added to the winning bid and will be included in the total purchase price paid by the Buyer to the Seller.

  • You are bidding on the full purchase price. Full balance is due within 3 calendar days of the auction's close. There will be a $500.00 processing fee and a 10% buyer's premium with a $100 minimum added to purchase price. Upon receipt of the payment and vesting info, the quitclaim deed will be sent to the County to be recorded into your name and a copy of the quitclaim deed will be sent to you. We accept cashier’s check, wire transfer, and money order.
