This is a three-bedroom lockoff unit that sleeps eight people.  That means you can literally lock the door in-between your huge unit and turn it into two smaller units.  Please note that this unit exchanges as a two-bedroom unit or 2 one-bedroom units since one of the bedrooms is a sleeping loft.  A lockoff unit will allow you to use one side of the unit yourself and exchange the other unit.  Or you can exchange one side of your unit and rent the other side.  You can also use the huge unit yourself, rent it, or exchange it.  Owning a lockoff unit is one of the best deals in timesharing because it's like getting two units for the price of one and you only have to pay one maintenance fee!  You will have lots of flexibility with this timeshare.

Maintenance and tax fees for the year 2015 came to a total of $945.  These fees have already been paid to the resort and will need to be reimbursed to me at the close of this auction.  You will have first use of your week in April 2015.

Therefore, If you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus $945 for the pre-paid year 2015 maintenance and tax fees,  plus the 10% buyer's premium (please note there is a minimum $100 buyer's premium), plus $450 for closing costs at the close of the auction.  You will pay for this timeshare to an escrow account.
