You will receive a deed for this timeshare and will own it forever.  This deeded asset can be passed on to your heirs.


 
MAINTENANCE FEES & OTHER FINANCIAL INFORMATION- WHAT YOU'LL PAY IF YOU WIN
Maintenance and tax fees for the year 2015 came to a total of only $700.  These fees have already been pre-paid and will need to be reimbursed to the seller at the close of this auction.  Winning bidder will have first use in the year 2015.           

Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare auction, you will simply pay me your winning bid amount, plus the 10% Bid4Assets buyer's premium (please note there is a minimum $100 Bid4Assets buyer's premium), plus $495 for closing fees (the $250 resort transfer fee is INCLUDED in the closing fees), at the close of this auction.


 
CLOSING COSTS
Closing costs will total $495 and will include: deed preparation, recording fee, postage fees, notary fee, resort transfer fee ($250), and resort notification of change of ownership.
