Belen adjoins Los Lunas, home of Valencia's Courthouse, the University, restaurants, movie theaters, and a new hospital. It offers conveniences without going to the big city.
Belen, only a few miles from Isleta Casino, is a charming small town with shopping stores (including Wal-Mart), library, Tierra del Sol Golf Course just minutes from subdivision and amazing view of mountains.
This area is growing rapidly, so much so that New Passenger Rail System connects from Santa Fe to Belen. Albuquerque is only a 40 minute drive from property. Albuquerque is an exciting city with attractions, events and commodities. It has an international airport, museums, shops, Historic Old Town and the Albuquerque International ballon Fiesta.
If you drive 10 more minutes South from Belen, you will find yourself at Rio Grande Estates in Socorro County.  These parcels have the Sevilleta National Wildlife Refuge  bordering to the South, the famed Rio Grande River to the West and the backdrop of the awesome Manzano Mountain Range.  Rio Grande Estates provides the perfect location for outdoor adventure and peaceful serenity and with some homes already in the area, affordability.
