US Prime Land accepts Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Wire Transfer, and Money Order.  Deed recording is subject to fund clearance. All major credit cards are accepted via paypal (minimum of 2.9% convenience fee will apply for all payment via paypal and buyer will be responsible for all paypal fees). Full payment must be received within 5 days of close of the auction.
