This 0.850 acre buildable parcel is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, and is lined with lush  green tree's . The lot is close to lakes and streams.  Which is very close to the Harbor Oaks Golf Club and lakes like Lake Pine Bluff.

Pine Bluff lies near the Arkansas River on the boundary of 2 of Arkansas geographical regions,  to the west and southwest stretch the rolling woodlands of the West Gulf Coastal Plain and to the East and Southeast the terrain settles into the flat and largely agricultural stretch of the Delta.

Autumn in Arkansas offers amazing colors along with its spectacular scenic beauty. There are more than 600 known species of wildflowers located throughout the state. With all those wildflowers, The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department has allowed 1,000 miles of highway to be designated just for Wildflower Routes.

Located in Pine Bluff's downtown area are a number of museum's and other attractions like the Pine Bluff-Jefferson County Historical Museum and the Southeast Arkansas Arts and Science Center.  All these are within easy walking distance of each other.

Jefferson County was founded in 1829 and is the 6th largest city in the state!  Agriculture is the mainstay in Pine Bluff.  Its located in the heart of a rich agricultural  area in the Arkansas River Basin.

Lake Pine Bluff is an Arkansas Game and Fish Impoundment which lies immediately North of downtown and offers fishing and birding for Egrets,Herons, and waterfowl.  Arkansas has more than 600,000 acres of lakes, along with more than 9,000 miles of crystal clear streams and rivers, 52 state parks, and 2 major mountain ranges.  Arkansas has something for everyone at any time, because there are no closed seasons! This includes the mountains, rivers, trails, bluffs, waterfalls, trout streams, and all the lakes throughout the state. There is also year-round golf from more than 200 courses to choose from.

The Regional Park is located East of the lake, and provides a campground, Game and Fish Commission Education Facility; and the public Harbor Oaks Golf Course.  This is the park that hosts the Smoke On The Water barbecue and music festival held each September.
