Exterior:
Two families home, duplex, with vinyl siding that is in fair condition, home has fair curb appeal. The front and back yard will need grooming and clean up. The home has a concrete based covered porch that is in fair condition and will need some work on the soffits and eaves. The roof is asphalt shingled and is in fair condition, the foundation is concrete and shows no signs of shifting. Street parking is available in the front and the rear alley. There is also a wood handicapped ramp on the side of the home for the first floor.
Interior:
Bottom level: Living room is large and isn’t carpeted, just concrete foundation, white walls, mixed with wood paneling and textured ceilings. There is a small dining area with hardwood floors and wood panel walls. The kitchen includes a double sink and some cabinet’s space. The two bedrooms downstairs have hard wood floors, the first room ahs purple walls and white textured ceilings and the second room has 2 large windows and a small closet. The bathroom is gutted and no appliances remain.
Top Floor: Living room is in fair condition with hard wood floors and tall ceilings that are textured with white walls. The kitchen on this floor has been gutted and no appliances remain. The bedrooms are in poor condition; bedroom one has severe ceiling damage and will need repair. The second bedroom has slight ceiling damage and hardwood floors with a nice sized closet. The bathroom on this floor is also missing all appliances. The house does include Furnace and Hot Water Heaters for both units, condition is unknown.
