Exterior:
Single story white vinyl sided home with green trim. House exterior is in excellent shape, yard is very spacious, and both front and back, with mature trees and plenty of natural shade. The home includes a nice enclosed patio/porch, I great shape. The roof is asphalt and in great shape, the foundation is concrete and has no signs of shifting. There is a grave drive way to the left of the home and a single car garage that is in good condition.
Interior:
The living room is large and has nice hardwood flooring, walls are painted burgundy and ceiling is textured. The kitchen is also a larger room with vinyl floors; kitchen includes cabinets and a double sink. All bedrooms are in fair condition and have hardwood flooring, 2 rooms have small closets, painted walls and textured ceilings. The bathroom has a sink, tub and toilet, all are intact, and the floors will need to be repaired. No mechanics were found inside the home, no furnace a hot water tank.
