Exterior: Light green house with dark green trim; on quiet street with large lot. Good grass coverage over the large rear lot with alley access; has nice trees providing shade canopy on lot. Shingle roof needs replacement or regular maintenance; shingle are at age limit; no leaks. Wood eves and soffits; OK; needs regular maintenance and repair moving forward; fresh paint is needed. Exterior composition is wood planks; some dry rotting; selective repair/ replacement needed; fresh paint needed. Windows are wood box frame sliding windows; needed overhaul or replacement with vinyl replacement would be good. Stone foundation; some shifting noted; foam caulking gap filler used to seal in areas around home. Covered front porch; wooden; needs maintenance and paint. Rear deck entrance landing; needs cleaned and sealed. Driveway is dirt; accessed via Alley; also street parking in front.
Interior: Living room has good splatter painted walls and textured painted ceiling also has wood floors that need to be refinished. Kitchen is spacious with good gas stove (not tested), stainless sink, cabinets, and walls look good; Linoleum floor needs work and slightly uneven flooring. Bedroom#1 is good but flooring needs refinished and touch up paint on baseboards. Bathroom looks good; toilet and sink installed; however needs plumbing redone on installed tub. Plumbed and wired for appliances in laundry; needs fresh paint and linoleum installed and the rear exit door fixed.

Mechanical: Water Heater is gas located in kitchen closet.  It is intact and looks new. Furnace is in Bedroom#1's utility closet; looks functional; for its age in good condition. Duct work is for furnace heating of home; present, limited to a few rooms. Plumbing is galvanized steel needs maintenance overhaul; maybe replacement in few years. Electrical looks good; newer panel box and ok wires.
