Here is what our Assessor had to say:

Exterior: Tan wood siding home with a nice walkway in front. There are a lot or very large trees surrounding the property. A few shrubs and rosebushes line the front. The roof is a three tab asphalt shingle and is in good condition, no apparent leaks. The soffits are all wood and may need a little work. The windows are wood frame and none are broken. There is a large porch that is fully covered at the front of the house. In the rear of the house there are two garages, one opens to the front and the other to the alley.

Interior: This house is move in ready. The living room and master bed both have ceiling fans and are carpeted. The kitchen is in good condition with ample cabinet space. The dining room is small but a lot of windows let in natural light. Bedroom #2 has two closets, one a walk-in. The bathroom is large for a house of this size and the tub, toilet, and sink are intact.

Mechanical: The water heater looks new and everything is hooked up. This
house is outfitted with central heat and air and all the duct work seems to be in good shape. Some of the electrical outlets are discolored and may need to be replaced.
