Exterior:
Single story home with fair curb appeal, home has a large amount of shifting and water damage inside the home. The house has wood siding; this will need painting and several repairs. The home sits on a nice lot with lots of mature trees in the front and back. The roof is 3-tab asphalt and has numerous holes and damage. The foundation is a concrete slab and there is a significant amount of shifting. The home has a covered concrete porch that is in good shape and the back of the home has a wood patio, in decent condition. There is a gravel driveway and a small storage shed in the rear of the home, this is in good condition.
Interior:
As mentioned this home has suffered from major water damage in the back of the home and the kitchen area. The living room has hard wood floors, they are buckling. The room has ceiling issues and will need repairs. The dining is in fair condition, with hardwood floors and a ceiling fan. The kitchen is in poor condition and has been gutted; there is also major water damage in this room. The master bedroom has red carpet, this will need to be replaced due to stains and water damage. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan and a large closet. The dry wall in this room is torn and will need to be replaced. The second bedroom is in great condition; room has Pergo flooring and crown molding. The third bedroom is in poor condition and has suffered from massive water damage; there is also a large hole in the flooring due to sagging wood from water being present. The bathroom is complete with all appliances; tub, toilet and sink are intact. Home does include a Hot Water Heater but no other mechanics were found.
