House is in great condition complete with a slab porch/patio. A little damage is noticeable on the patio ceiling to the right. House is all Brick and white/cream wood paneling, a few areas may need repair. There is damage to some of the skirting of the home. Back is expansive and nice, there is a tree that has fallen and will need to be removed. There is also a back entrance to the home which leads into the master bedroom. A nice sized carport/work-shed is on the property, room for one vehicle. No major damage other than a tear on the right back side of the car port. The front yard is nice and manicured..

Interior:

This Home is in very good condition. The living room is painted purple and very spacious, a ceiling fan is also in living room. The flooring is tile and may need some care. The first bedroom in the front has tile flooring and two large closets. There is also a fan in this bedroom. The second bedroom includes one large closet, ceiling fan and the tile flooring is in good shape. The First bathroom does include a toilet, sink and vanity mirror. The floor is tile and will need work. The kitchen space has a large are for dinning and is open. The flooring in the kitchen will need some work, as it is not tiled in some areas.. The kitchen itself has no appliances but a hot water heater is located to the right of the kitchen area. The back or master bedroom is very large and includes a bathroom as well. The master bedroom has tile floors a ceiling fan and a rear door. The master bath includes toilet,tub and sink all in great shape.. The house do
