Even though the building was built in 2006 the exterior was a bright blue stucco so we just repainted the entire building inside and out.

All 4 bathrooms and Showers all include tile.

Both Kitchens and entry hallways are all tile floors. 14 inch upgraded ceramic tile was used in both units.

2 Seperate Central air conditioning systems.

The photos were taken 8 days ago and the temperature outside was 96 degrees. As you can see from the photos the inside of the property was 71 degrees. The central air conditioners in both units work perfectly.

Each unit also has a central heating system.

We have sold many properties very similar to this Duplex and even on the same street but this one is our newest release and one of the largest yet.
