Exterior: Two story cream paneling surrounding the entire home. The exterior is in very good shape and the paneling is in great condition. The house has a Small front yard, there is no traditional backyard. There were no leaks found on the interior, so the roof is sound. The home sits on a corner with only neighbors on the left hand side.
Interior: The house has a living area that is a nice size, the walls are white but will need to be repainted, floors are carpeted. To the back of the house is the kitchen area. There is a sink and stove but no other appliances were found. The second floor has a bathroom that includes a tub and toilet, toilet will need repair. The back bedroom is painted white and partially carpeted but will need repair. The front bedroom is painted blue and carpeted, carpet is in good condition. The home is central air, an AC Unit was found in the basement. No Hot Water Heater was found.
