Exterior: Home is gray and white aluminum siding that is in excellent condition. The home sits on a nice concrete slab, little to no shifting. Yard will need some work but is in nice shape. House is surrounded by a white picket fence. There is a covered concrete porch that is in great shape. The roofing is 3-tab asphalt shingle with only one minor leak. Home has a simple grass drive way to the right. Interior: Home appears to have been a duplex or multi-family, there are two separate doors on the front of the home. The living area is a of moderate size and has linoleum flooring and gray walls and white ceilings, the room is in nice shape. The kitchen has linoleum floors and includes a sink and cabinets. There are three bedrooms, the master is large with gray walls and white ceilings, and it also includes a closet with shelving. The second and third bedrooms are the same size and have linoleum flooring and closets with shelves. There are two bathrooms, the master bed has its own and it includes the tub and sink, no toilet was found. The common bath includes all appliances, tub, toilet and shower. The home has a space heater in the living area, there was also a new hot water tank found in the kitchen. Mechanics: Hot Water Tank and Space Heaters/Gas
