Light blue single family house with white trim; atop hill on large lot thickly grassed on rolling land; with large trees in back; bushes and flowers in front. Roof is sagging in on one side; has old shingles; needs good plywood; needs new tar paper with shingles. Has wood eves and soffits; some covered with mix of aluminum flashing and vinyl siding; needs work and paint to repair. Exterior composition is wood plank covered with vinyl siding; over wood frame; needs work: cleaning, repair, and replacement. Windows are aluminum framed; some need screens, some have lock issues, some with glass cracked; Overall fair shape. Home has solid block foundation; needs exterior repainting; good straight set with very little shifting if any. Home has wooden tin covered front porch - needs work and paint; rear concrete porch landing; needs work leveling surface. Driveway is dirt; leveling needed; does not progress up very far into lot.

Interior:
Living room has wood paneling looks in fair condition; needs new carpet and ceiling painted. Kitchen needs a lot of work; new flooring; walls need repair and paint; ceiling and cabinets need paint. Sun Room off living room has nice windows newly installed; finish walls and paint; could double as 3rd bed. Game/TV/or Sitting room off living entrance to bed#1 within; small room; needs finishing; new paint & carpet needed.Bedroom#1 need work and paint on walls and ceiling; carpet needs cleaned/replaced. Bedroom#2 is L-shaped room w/closet; nice windows; new-flooring; good paint; need finishing and trim work. Bath is tight mix of tub, toilet, sink and W.H.; needs flooring redone; cleaning & paint. Water Heater is located in bath; electric; looks functional (not tested); 40 gal unit manufactured by Rheem. Plumbing is mostly galvanized and some PVC - mix; some insulated in crawl space; looks functional (not tested). Has modern breaker box in bedroom#2, wiring intact, has grounded sockets; work in progress on electrical system looks like; wiring under home needs reattached or organized. Home has wall mounted; gas ceramic space heaters; look functional (not tested); in kitchen/living room. Lacks duct work or other elements of central heat or air; however does have crawlspace access for easy install for upgrade
