Exterior:
Light blue house with white trim which is accented with red shutters and red colored foundation. Home has many plants and flowering bushes on property in addition it has few trees on lot. Roof is asphalt shingle which looks functional as shingles appear to be few years old. Upon inspection found no leaks inside noticed or any water spots on ceilings. Home has open fascia soffits and Eves which are both wooden and both are well painted and in overall good condition. Home’s exterior composition is wood slat siding over wood frame construction also noted this home’s exterior paint is in good condition. Home has Aluminum frame replacement windows with some missing screens and some off track. Also noted in visual inspection there is one window broke. Raised concrete block foundation in good condition was noted and home has some slight shifting normal for age of home. There is a covered front porch in concrete poured with decorate lattice pillars that lead up to a good roof extension. Home has chain link fence on two sides of property; the left of home and rear behind house both have some gaps in fencing which need repair. There is a Two vehicle concrete poured driveway is in poor condition with cracks and dirt exposed in front left side of home.

Interior:
Living room has carpet needs replaced and walls need fresh paint. Kitchen has cabinets, double stainless steel sink with plumbing intact also noted the floor and paint is in acceptable condition. Den has carpet needing replacement and room also needs tack board in addition in the Den walls need minor repair and fresh paint. Dining room with pantry has linoleum flooring which looks good in addition the paint and ceiling looks good. Bedroom#1 has linoleum flooring which is peeling; needs paint and has electrical box needing repair. Bedroom#2 has carpet needing replacement and fresh paint is needed. Home has full bath which is handicap accessible; tub, toilet and sink intact-need cleaning and decor upgrade. Laundry room is off of the kitchen and currently plumbed and wired for washer/dryer in addition the room has linoleum flooring and paint is in decent shape. Carport has door entrance to laundry in addition has good cement flooring and good roof.

Mechanical:
Home is plumbed and wired for small water heater which is missing in Kitchen. Home has no HVAC, Furnace, or ductwork however it does have crawl space enabling easy install. Plumbing is mix of galvanized and PVC; looks functional however not tested as noted maybe some copper missing. Electrical system has some issues with breakers missing from panel box; wires under home hanging.
