White double wide mobile home with blue accented decorative shutters in gated community with amenities. Home has lot with trees, shrubs, and flowering plants along with small grassed yard in back. Roof is aluminum and needs maintenance however looks to be in fair condition with soffits and eves also needing some small repair as flashing missing in couple spots. Exterior composition in aluminum siding over prefabricated wood and metal with steel with axle foundation. Windows are aluminum and in fair condition some need screens, some need locks fixed, and some need glass replaced. Home has small aluminum shed which is missing door in 4 ft chain link fenced back yard. Has concrete driveway along home in good repair along with crawl space protected by skirting in good condition.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
Home has an open floor plan that combines living, dining, and kitchen allowing for a great room living space in center. This “Great Room” floor plan includes matching tile flooring in need of repair in all three areas; along with needing some spackling and paint. There is ceiling fan in living section, chandelier lighting in dining section, and a kitchen including tile counter tops, island station, garbage disposal, double basin sink, vented hood, and small area for breakfast table included. Off of kitchen is a laundry with washer and dryer hookups and electrical plugs however it also needs paint. The entrance to master bedroom includes initial office, TV, or study room entering then into bedroom which is large and has two windows which both need fresh carpet and paint. The master bath needs cleaning, paint, and floor tile repair however it is intact with tub/shower, toilet, vanity sink.Bedroom#1 has good wood flooring, large closet, and window that needs glass and walls that need paint. Bedroom#2 has decent linoleum flooring with large closet yet needs wall repair and paint. Common bath needs extensive cleaning and paint however it is intact with tub/shower, toilet, and sink.
MECHANICALS:
Home is missing water heater and heat pump/ AC condenser but has duct work intact and wiring with central control for easy reinstall of new units if desired. Plumbing is modular PVC and looks intact and functional however not tested. Electrical is intact with grounded sockets, lighting fixtures, and modern breakers in panel box however needs cover re-attached.
