EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION: Yellow siding prevails in this single story home.
Windows have been replace and are the typical horizontal sliders. Foundation shows no structural damage. Roof is a typical 20 year 3 tab ashpalt shinge in fair condition. Yard is a typical grid pattern subdivision lot with mature trees in the rear and is fenced with chain linked.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION: All the rooms in the home need repainting and some minor repair. The garage has been converted into a den with a working fireplace. The living room has a fireplace but doesn't seem to be functional. The upper kitchen cabinets and appliances have been removed along with the countertops. A refrigerator remains. Front left window is boarded and the other windows appear to have been replaced with horizontal sliders. The single bath has a toilet, pedestal sink and tub.

MECHANICALS: Gas water heater is in place along with the Gas furnace.
Ductwork appears to be intact. Plumbing and electrical also appears to be in place. All should be serviced and inspected by professionals.
