Here is what our Assessor had to say:

Single family 2 bedroom, 1 bath, no garage, basement home.

EXTERIOR: White siding corner lot home with mature landscaping. Concrete foundation with no apparent structural damage. Windows apperar to be original single hung. Roof is typical 20 year asphalt 3 tab shinge in fair condition. Exterior and interior walls are frame construction.

INTERIOR: Two bedrooms appear to be around 9'x9'. Single bath has tub and toilet and some sheetrock repair is needed. Right rear bedroom is painted sky blue with white trim. Right front bedroom is beige with white trim.
Kitchen cabinets need to be replace along with the countertops. Basement shows no structural damage but shows signs of leaks. Home is need of minor sheetrock repair and paint.

MECHANICAL: Plumbing seems to be in place with no fixtures except the tub and toilet in bath. Electrical wiring in place with outlets removed. No water heater or furnace in home. Heating ductwork seems to be in place.
