Exterior:
Tan vinyl siding home with brown trim. Landscaping needs to be trimmed back. Nice privacy fence has been built in the backyard. Gutters and downspouts intact. Windows are mostly boarded and appear to be mostly wood framed - some broken or missing. Small covered front porch with wooden deck and stairs. Nice, brick foundation showing no signs of shifting. Roof is in good condition and is not too worn at all. Street parking available.
Interior / First Floor:
Homes has been completely gutted and is ready for a full rehab. Fireplace in the living - there are hardwoods here that need to be refinished. Nice, huge bay windows - decorative baseboards are white. Dining area also has bay windows. Baseboards are the same here. Some of the inner wall is exposed and this will need rehab / repair. Bedroom #1 is adjacent to the dining area and needs rehab / repair to the walls as well. Both the kitchen and the bathroom will need a full rehab, however, both are nice sized. Good covered back porch - windows boarded here as well.
Second Floor:
Bedroom #1 has wood panel walls and wood floors. Decorative baseboards are painted white here as well. Living room has nice, huge bay windows as well. Baseboards are still in place - fireplace present here as well. Dining is missing a window, which will need to be replaced. Bathroom has been gutted here as well. There is a linen closet in this one unlike the one in the downstairs unit. Utility room adjacent to the kitchen has some aluminum duct work in place. Kitchen needs full rehab but is definitely a nice size. Bedroom #2 is adjacent to the kitchen and has wooden floors and a decorative baseboard.
Mechanicals:
None - but some ductwork in place upstairs. All of the rest will need rehabbed / replaced.
