2 story multi-family home, upstairs/downstairs. Home has wood panel siding that is in fair condition. The front yard is small and has a rod-iron fence in the front. The back yard is medium sized and will need to be manicured. The roof is an asphalt base and no leaks were found inside the home.
Interior:
The upstairs apartment has a nice sized living room with hard wood flooring. This room is in fair shape and has 2 large windows. One bedroom has linoleum flooring and the other has hardwood floors with white walls and ceilings. The kitchen is gutted and includes cabinets but no appliances. The bathroom is in need of repair and toilet is broken and tub is missing. The Downstairs has the same layout and has living, dining with hard wood flooring. The bedrooms are also hardwood and have white walls and ceilings. Once again the kitchen does include cabinets but is missing all appliances. The bathroom downstairs will need major repairs and has a toilet but no bath. There were no mechanics found in this home. No Hot Water Heater no Central air no Window Units.
