Two stories, possible multi-family home, stone exterior is in great shape. The roof is 3-tab asphalt shingle, roof has no leaks. Foundation is concrete and has no gaps and shifting. The yard is enclosed with a chain link fence in both front and back, both front and back yard is in great shape and is groomed. The house has an enclosed front porch made of concrete, patio/porch is in good condition. House is in great condition overall and is has lots of room.
Interior:
Living room is very large and is carpeted, carpet will need some cleaning. Walls are painted orange, white tray ceilings look nice and there is a fireplace and mantle in the room. Bedroom one is on the first floor, linoleum floors and yellow walls and wood panel walls, room is in nice shape. The second bedroom is a similar size and has linoleum floors and cream-colored walls and white trim. The first floor bathroom includes all appliances, tub, toilet and sink, room is in nice shape. The kitchen has linoleum floors and includes counter tops and cabinets and a sink, kitchen looks great. The second floor has 3 more bedrooms, the master bedroom has gray carpet and wood panel walls, room is large and carpet may need to be replaced. The second bedroom has hardwood floors and bright green paint and a closet. The 3rd bedroom upstairs, is large and has hardwood floors, walls are blue with white trim and a nice sized closet. The upstairs bath includes all appliances, tub, toilet and shower, all in working order. No Mechanics, Electrical is intact but no Hot Water Heater or Furnace was found.
