$300 non-refundable earnest money deposit in the form of a certified check, or money order via overnight delivery service, or bank wire transfer is required within 24 hours.  If the seller has not received funds or heard from the purchaser within this period, the transaction will be considered void, and buyer misconduct will be reported to eBay.

Closing of this transaction is within 20 days after the auction ends.  The balance due must be sent within 10 days via cashiers check or money order on or before the closing date.  The balance due is equal to the final sales price, less the $300 earnest money deposit.
