Here is what our Assessor had to say:

 

Exterior:
The exterior here is red brick. Some of the windows are broken out
in the apartment complex; the windows in this unit are boarded. There
is parking available in the back. Also, I could not make out the
condition of the roof due to how tall the building is. There is a nice
wrought iron fence and gate around the structure.

Interior:
No sheetrock on the walls. The area on the ceiling that has drywall
has some water damage. There are brick walls behind the frame.
Bathroom with a stand-up shower has a toilet. The second bathroom has
a bathtub and a toilet. Neither bathroom has walls. The master
bedroom has a space for a large closet. There is another closet
located in the hallway. The living area has a small room adjacent to
it that could be used as a study or a nursery. The kitchen has a small
water heater in it. There are no walls here either.

Mechanicals:
Water heater is present, however I there is not a furnace in this
unit. The plumbing is galvanized. The electrical will need repair.
Some ductwork intact.
