Exterior:
Single story home with fair curb appeal, limestone foundation, in fair condition, no signs of shifting. The siding is blue aluminum and has an enclosed front porch that is in fair condition, with wood flooring. The roof is asphalt shingle and no leaks were found. There is a small two car garage in the back, one car now, garage was in the process of a remodel to add an extra bedroom, this area is unfinished and in poor condition. The yard is small in both front and back, there is also alley parking in the rear.
Interior:
Living room is in fair condition and is carpeted, white walls and brown trim in decent shape. The dining room has the same brown carpet and walls, with wood trim. The kitchen has linoleum floors and includes the cabinets and a double sink. There are 2 nice sized rooms and a potential third bedroom or study. The first bedroom has carpeted floors and white walls and wood trim as well as a small closet. The second bedroom is identical to the first and in similar condition, fair. The study has the same paint scheme and trim, no closet. The bathroom has tiled floors and includes the tub, toilet and sink, all in working order. The home does include a Hot Water Heater and Furnace; both appear to be in working order.
