Exterior:
This home has excellent curb appeal, the lot is a decent sized and has mature trees on the majority of the lot. The home has aluminum that looks new and is in great shape. The roof is asphalt shingle and has no leaks. The homes foundation is concrete and no shifting is present, there is also a concrete porch in the front of the house, this too is in great shape. There is a concrete drive on the left side of the home, a single car garage sits to the rear of the home, and this is in fair condition. Overall this home is in great condition and appears to be move in ready.
Interior:
The living area is in excellent shape, carpet looks new and the walls appear to have fresh paint, Walls a re cream colored and have white trim. There is also built in shelving on two sides of the room. The dining room is next to the living and has the same paint scheme; this room is in great shape. The kitchen is the only room that may need some work, floors are vinyl and in good condition, there are countertops and cabinets but no sink. There are three bedrooms with the same paint scheme, cream walls, white trim and textured ceilings, the master bed is large and carpet looks new, nice closet space was found in the master bed. The second bedroom is just a little smaller and has carpet; walls and ceilings are in great shape. Bedroom three is smaller and has nice carpet and paint looks new. The bathroom includes all appliances; tub, toilet and sink are intact. The home does include a furnace and Hot Water Tank
