Exterior:
Single story home with moderate curb appeal, house will need some work on the aluminum siding and the asphalt shingled roof will also need some repair. There are no leaks form the roof but shingles are missing as well as pieces of siding will need to be replaced. The foundation is solid and has no gaps or shifting, the home has an enclosed front porch that is in good condition. There is also a single car garage in the rear of the home, that’s in fair shape; a few shingles need replacing as well. The yard is small but clean and has been well kept.


Interior:
The living room is large and has hardwood flooring and white walls with wood baseboards and trim. The kitchen is in nice condition and has vinyl floors and includes cabinets, counter-tops and a double sink. There are three bedrooms; the first has hard wood floors and white walls. The second bedroom has hard wood flooring and wood panel walls; both rooms will need small repairs to the walls. The third bedroom is an attic bedroom and has an A framed ceiling and plywood flooring. The bathroom includes the tub, toilet and sink, all are intact and working. There is a Hot Water Tank and a Furnace on the property, both appear to be working.
