Green home with green trim located on moderate size grassed lot with some nice bushes and trees. Exterior composition is combination of wood slat and wood shingle siding that needs repainted with painted brick columns. Foundation is raised over brick with crawl space in addition a small basement was dug in with supporting wall of block under home. Roof needs work and/or possible replacement as shingles are worn or missing. Soffits and Eves are open fascia design and need work and repainted. Windows are wood box frame with most needing maintenance and/or repair. Home has rear deck that needs work with supporting its weight and repainting. Driveway is split tire concrete drive-up in good condition for age.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
Has large entry way that could double as bedroom or sitting room need paint and ceiling repair. Living room is large and has gas fireplace, needs new carpet and ceiling repair including repaint. Dining room also needs carpet and ceiling repair has window views and is an adequate size. Kitchen is intact with sink, cabinets, good flooring and looks to be in decent shape overall. Kitchen has place for laundry and is plumbed accordingly. Home has large Den which could double as third bedroom needs paint and carpet installed. Master Bedroom which has good views from windows and has half bath including rear exists inside bath. It needs new carpet and paint. Bedroom#1 needs some work including new carpet, ceiling repair, and repainted. Full common bath is intact with sink, tub and toilet needs fresh paint and cleaning.
MECHANICALS:
Has floor duck work, gas furnace, and gas water heater intact in basement/crawlspace. Plumbing looks intact mostly galvanized and appears functional. Electrical looks like modern code compliant with grounded socket and breaker box, intact and looks functional however not tested.
