Interior:
Living room has ceramic heater; panel walls; carpet over linoleum; ceiling fans; needs new flooring and ceiling repainted. Kitchen has gas stove; linoleum needs replacement; small area for breakfast table. Den has carpet needs replaced; wood fireplace in good shape; panel walls; ceiling needs textured repainting. Bedroom#1 has wall cracked; linoleum needs repair/replaced; ceramic heater; needs paint. Bedroom#2 has wall cracked; linoleum floor needs repair/replaced; ceramic heater; needs paint. Bedroom#3 has ceramic heater; needs paint and flooring redone. Bath has tile floor looks good; ceramic heater; tub, toilet, and sink intact; needs paint. Foundation cracked along hallway; wall cracked also; carpet over linoleum in home needs removal and inspection for more issues. Room addition in home; needs finishing; insulation, drywall, and paint; standing water (not much) in room might be seepage from side through brick or from roof.

Water heater is located in bathroom; looks functional not tested; 40 gallon unit. Plumbing looks intact and functional (not tested); mostly galvanized; some copper and PVC mixed. Electrical system looks intact and functional (not tested); has breaker box, grounded socket and modern wiring. Home has night activated light on power pole in rear of home; power supplied through power service not run through home meter. Gas ceramic heating units installed in home; not tested; look functional with exterior gas tank. Home has ceiling fans in some rooms; not tested.
