Here is what our Assessor had to say:

 

Exterior: This is a light blue, wood siding home with white trim. There is
one very large tree shading the front yard. The roof is a dark grey three tab shingle and does not appear to have any leaks. The windows are original aluminum frame, only one is broken. There is a large porch stretching from one side of the front to the other. A small gravel driveway lines one side.

Interior: Both the living room and dining room have hard wood floors, nice
wood trim, and ceiling fans that appear to be new. In the kitchen the sink, cabinets, and countertops have been removed. The master bedroom opens up onto a 2nd story balcony. Bedroom 1 has A large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has two large windows overlooking the front yard. The entire 3rd floor is one large room that could be used for an extra room or a game room. The sink and toilet have been removed from the bath room but a nice tub and shower are still in place.

Mechanical: The water heater and furnace have been removed and will need
to be replaced but the ductwork is in good condition and appears to be new.
Most of the plumbing is in place but will need a little work. The electrical is all in place and appears to be in great condition.
