Interior:
Multi level home, red brick sided home that’s in fair condition. Roof is 3-tab shingle and has a few leaks. The foundation is concrete and is solid, no gaps or shifting. Home has a front covered porch in good shape, no real front yard and a small driveway in the front. Backyard is small and well-kept may need some minor yard work completed. Home has entrance on the second floor and the bottom both doors are secure.
Interior:
Living room has hardwood floors in fair condition, may need repair in some areas, walls are orange and large windows surround this room. The dining room is large and has pink walls and wood floors, room is in decent condition. The kitchen area has linoleum floors and is completely gutted, no appliances. The bathroom has vinyl floors in poor condition and includes a toilet, tub and sink; the backslash is missing in the tub and will need replacement. There are two bedrooms, the first has hardwood floors white walls and ceiling and a small closet. The second has hardwood floors, pink walls and a large closet. The home has no mechanics, no Hot Water Tank or Furnace.
